How do I send a SMS template?
To use an SMS template when messaging a customer click in the middle messaging panel where it says 'Enter your message here'. Next click on the 'Quick Reply' icon shown as a folded piece of paper in the bottom lefthand corner. Now you will be able to select an SMS template to send to your customer.
SMS Templates can also be used to launch Campaigns.
When building out a new campaign, select "SMS Templates" to see your saved messages.
