Can I change URLs for Pay By Text Messages?

You may use short link URLs in place of the default ebitly.com URLs for links sent via Everyware. Follow these steps to change your site's default URLs:  

Go to Settings > View Settings

 

At the bottom of the page, choose the URL you want to show in 3 different circumstances from the 3 Short Link URL menus:

1. SMS Short Link URL
2. Payment Short Link URL
3. Customer Payment Screen UR

Save Changes 

Short Link URL Definitions

Payment Short Link URL: Appears in the Everyware messaging screens and inside the text message on the contact's phone when you text an invoice link to a contact.

In the example below, the Payment Short Link URL is set to ebitly.com in the Settings > Miscellaneous page and appears in the messaging center with ebitly.com. 

Customer Payment Screen URL: Appears in the browser URL bar when the customer clicks on the link from their text message to open their invoice. 

In the example below the Customer Payment Screen URL is set to pay.everyware.com and appears in their phone browser's invoice page when they click on the ebitly.com link from the text you sent. 

 

SMS Short Link URL: Appears in the Everyware messaging screens and inside the text message on the contact's phone when you text a long URL address that's not an invoice payment link.

You can choose from the following short link options: 

1. ebitly.com (default)
2. billpay.net (general)
3. pay.everyware.com (powered by Everyware)
4. mdpaybill.net (Healthcare, medical)
5. mdsms.co (Healthcare, medical)
6. rxsms.co (Healthcare, pharmacy)
7. rxpay.me (Healthcare, pharmacy)
