Steps to Enable Staff Notifications
- Go to the Settings page
- Click on the Staff tab (or staff dropdown menu under Settings)
- In the Staff tab, click on 'Edit' next to the staff member's name you want to edit
- In Edit Staff pop up window, click on the Notifications tab
- Use the toggle buttons to toggle notifications on or off
- Remember to update the phone number or email address that will receive the notifications.
Once enabled, and a new payment comes into the sales site, the staff member's email address and/or phone number saved to their Notifications profile tab will receive a message, from which they can click on a portal login link to view message or payment details.
