<p>Use the <strong>'SMS Template'&nbsp;</strong>from the drop-down menu shown to&nbsp;pull in the '<strong>SMS Message'.</strong>&nbsp; The template will appear in the box below with a preview of custom fields.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Note: </strong>The business&nbsp;name and customer first name are&nbsp;already set up in the system. You can create custom fields 1-7 in the&nbsp;<strong>'Settings'</strong> section.&nbsp;</p>
