How do I view any past activity with a contact?
Select the contact, and open the contact profile.
Select "Activity"
All activity can be seen here.
To manually add activity, select "New Activity"
Activity Notes can be added to the "Comment" section. Once the notes have been added select "Save Activity".
You can also choose different status options from the status drop down.
