How to add & Edit SMS Templates
SMS (Short Message Service) Templates can be used for many different things throughout Everyware. Including Quick Replies, Automations, and Campaigns. They're all created and stored under Messagaging > SMS Templates.
To add a new SMS template:
Go to the SMS Templates Page
Click Add SMS Template
Name Your template
Select Custom Fields (If Applicable). Custom Fields will populate in the message from the Customer Profile. Pro Tip: Personalize your message by selecting [CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME]. EXP: "Hi [CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME]...
Save Changes
⚠ If you are using custom fields then make sure to put the custom field name in all caps and inside brackets. Ex:[CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME] ⚠
