How to send an Invoice by Email
Click the Create Invoice Button from the View Payments page
Select Pay by Email.
Select the customers name you want to bill from the dropdown. For new Customers, select "Add New Customer".
Add the product or service you're charging for
Click Add once you have verified the price and other details.
Scroll down to preview your message template.
Set your send timing for immediately or a time in the future and click Send when ready.
