How to set up staff to see Payments Only? Sales Entry Staff Type

Payments Only View

You only want your staff to have the ability to create a pay by text link and view payment related pages. You don't want them to be overwhelmed by Messaging, Subscriptions, Contacts etc. No problem!

To do this, the Owner for your account will just create or adjust the staff person's profile to be a Sales Entry User Type. This is the type of Everyware user that can simply enter new sales without seeing all of the other Everyware menu options and functions. 

Create Sales Entry Staff User Type 

An Owner can create a new user or edit an existing user's permissions by: 

Go to Settings > Staff 

Click the Edit button next to the person you want to edit OR Click the Add Staff button at the top right

Inside the staff person's profile pop up, select the Sales Entry user type from the User Type drop down list

Click on the Payment Settings tab inside the pop up

Toggle on all Payment Settings functions/views you want to permit this use

 Click Save to save your changes

 

Sales Entry Staff can view Payments Pages:

Once created your Sales Entry user type, here is what they will be able to see...

  1. View Payments + Import Payment Batches (Batch Import)
  2. Payment Reporting + Batch Reports
