How to use the Everyware Dashboard
n Everyware, you can see a Dashboard with summary tiles and graphs for key messaging, contacts and payments data. Click on Dashboard at the top of the left navigation menu.
All of the summary tiles on the Dashboard page default to show data for the current week.
Contacts
The Contacts Summary Tile & Graph
The Contacts summary tile shows the total number of contacts for the business and the number of newly added contacts in the past week. To see a list of individual contacts, go to Contacts > View Contacts. To view, filter, and export a contact list go to Contacts > Contacts Report.
The Contacts summary graph shows the number of new contacts added each month of the current calendar year. You can hover over each bar for an exact count of contacts for each month.
Conversations
The Conversations Summary Tile & Graph
The Conversations summary tile shows the number of two way text message conversations held with contacts and new conversations for the week. A Conversation is counted if there was an in and outbound message exchange with an individual contact's mobile number.
The Conversations summary graph shows the number of conversations held each month. You can hover over the bars in the graph to see the number of conversations for that month.
To see more Conversation details, go to Messages > Messages Report and click on the Conversations data tile.
Messages
The Messages Summary Tile & Graph
The Messages summary tile shows the total number of messages sent and received with the number of new messages added in the last week.
The Messages summary graph shows the number of in and outbound messages send and received by month. You can hover over each month's bar to see the exact number of messages for that month.
To see more Messaging detail, go to Messaging > Messages Report and set your precise filters to view and export resulting tables.
Sales
The Sales Summary Tile & Graph
The Sales summary tile shows the dollar amount of transactions for sales made in the last week.
The Sales summary graph shows the number of sales made each day for the last week. You can hover over each bar for an exact number of sales for the day of the week.
