Follow these steps to install, activate, and use the Everyware custom Wordpress gateway plugin for card payments through your WooCommerce storefront.
- Download the Everyware for WooCommerce Plugin V3.0.7 zip file
- Log into Wordpress > Plugins > Click Add New Plugin
- Upload the Everyware for WooCommerce zip file and follow the steps to install and activate
- Navigate to your WooCommerce App in Wordpress > Settings > Payments > Enabled > Manage
- Enter your Everyware sales site API credentials: Username & API Key > Save Changes
- Add items to your website's shopping cart, enter card information on the Checkout page in the Everyware gateway section > Submit/Place Order
- After viewing the successful checkout confirmation page, navigate back to WooCommerce Settings > to view order status or issue a refund
Detailed Step by Step Instructions
1) Download the Everyware for WooCommerce Plugin V3.0.7 zip file
2) Log into Wordpress > Plugins > Click Add New Plugin
3) Upload the Everyware for WooCommerce zip file and follow the steps to install and activate
4) Navigate to your WooCommerce App in Wordpress > Settings > Payments > Enabled > Manage
5) Enter your Everyware sales site API credentials: Username & API Key > Save Changes
6) Add items to your website's shopping cart, enter card information on the Checkout page in the Everyware gateway section > Submit/Place Order
7) After viewing the successful checkout confirmation page, navigate back to WooCommerce Settings > Orders to view the "Processing" payment for the order you just placed
You may refund part or all of the amount paid from the WooCommerce Order page by clicking Refund in the order details page, enter the amount for each line item you want to refund, verify the refund total, click Refund with Everyware
WooCommerce transactions will also appear in your Everyware Sales Site View Payments report page as a Virtual Terminal payment type.
