To integrate this valuable feature into your existing platform, review the docs with your developer and get in touch with an Everyware Rep to help scope and execute the plans.

ID Document Verification

Initiate an ID Document verification by sending a secure link via text from the Everyware portal or ID Document Verification Request API.  Contacts use a guided mobile interface to scan their ID and review a few key personal details. We verify the information against multiple external sources and return instant results.

Add another layer of certainty with the ID Document Verification +Liveness Check option. After a user scans their official document, they take a selfie from their phone and our system performs a biometric match between the selfie and photo on the ID document. The combination of document scanning and a liveness check provides a dual-layered approach to authentication, helping to ensure the person presenting the ID document is its rightful owner.

Configure ID Document Verification Settings

Adjust re-verification and link expiration settings to ensure your business's ongoing security and compliance.

By default, ID Document Verification links will expire after one year or on the document's expiration date if under a year.

Customers can request a new link by text message after the expiration for up to 30 days

You may use the drop downs on the settings tab to change these dates to meet your specific business needs.

Run an ID Document Verification Check

Contacts can click the secure request link you send to complete the four guided ID Document Verification steps in their browser window.

Run an ID Document Verification +Liveness Check

Contacts can click the secure request link you send to complete the five guided ID Document Verification steps in their browser window.
