One Time & Recurring Donations

Begin by Selecting your "Messaging" Icon and select "Automations".

Select "Create Automation" 

Follow the Steps below to build your One Time & Recurring Donation.

Note:  All templates can be found under Messaging > SMS Templates. 

1. Name your Automation and select "Choose Starting Action".  

1.  Initial Trigger Action: Incoming SMS Message - Keyword Match (Exact) 

• Enter the Keyword(s) into the field below as the Automation trigger. Separate all words with commas. 
• Once Per 24 Hrs: Toggle this off for each step to allow multiple automation attempts
• Next Action: Send Outbound SMS 
• Message Template : Step 1 - Amount Frequency 
• Save

Select Next Action 

2. Initial Trigger Action - Reply to Frequency Selection 

• Next Action: Service Selection of Payment 
• Pick Service

• Message Template: Step 1 - Give Template 
• Save

Select Next Action

3. Initial Trigger Action: Reply to Service Selection 

• Next Action: Send Outbound SMS 
• Message Template: Step 2 - Ways to Donate
• Save

Select Next Action

4. Initial Trigger Action: Reply to Payment Type Options 

• Next Action: Send Outbound SMS
• Message Template: Step 3 - Amount to Give
• Save

Select Next Action 

5. Initial Trigger Action: Payment Amount 

• Next Action: Send Outbound SMS
• Message Template: Step 4 - Confirm Amount
• Save

Select Next Action 

6. Initial Trigger Action: Send Pay By Text URL 

• Next Action: Send Outbound SMS
• Message Template: Step 5 - Send Pay By Text
• Save

Success! Once you're completed with the Automation select "Save Changes"
