Payment Terminal Startup Guide (Wired)
Everyware supports wired and wireless integrated terminals for merchants to accept in-person payments at the point of sale. For startup instructions on the wireless payment terminal, see Payment Terminal Startup Guide (Wireless).
👆 A merchant must be approved for card present processing in order for Everyware to provision and process payments through integrated terminals. Please contact your sales representative to see if your account is approved for card present processing.
Steps to Set Up Your Integrated (Wired) Payment Terminal
Follow these quick steps to start using your integrated Lane3000 or Lane5000 Ingenico payment terminal.
1. Verify applicable hardware is included in the shipment.
2. Plug power adapter cable into standard wall outlet. Plug the other end into the Ingenico Cable.
3. Plug the Ingenico Cable ethernet (male end) into router/modem or ethernet hub/switch.
4. Plug the Ingenico Cable HDMI port (single end) into back of the Terminal/PinPad unit.
5. Once unit is powered on and the Everyware logo remains on the screen, the Terminal/PinPad is ready for use

Ingenico Payment Terminal Set Up Step by Step
1. Verify applicable hardware is included in the shipment. Your shipment should include:

Terminal/PinPad Unit
b. Power adapter plug and cable
c. Ingenico cable
2. Plug power adapter cable into standard wall outlet. Plug the other end into the Ingenico Cable.
3. Plug the Ingenico Cable ethernet (male end) into router/modem or ethernet hub/switch.
4. Plug the Ingenico Cable HDMI port (single end) into back of the Terminal/PinPad unit.
The unit will boot up and go through 1-3 boot cycles. Upon completion, the unit will remain on the Everyware logo screen. This process may take several minutes depending on internet connection speeds.
5. Once unit is powered on and the Everyware logo remains on the screen, the Terminal/PinPad is ready for use on Fortis Gateway and/or integrated solution.
