Managing Tags
To add a new tag, or manage exisiting tags, select "Contacts" and "Manage Tags".
To add a new tag, select "Add Tags"
Customize your tag by entering in your tag name and color code. When finished, select "Save".
Tags are a great way to label or categorize your customers.
Below are two ways to add Tags to your customer.
Customer Profile:
Select the tags field to see a list of previously added tags. Once the tag is selected press "Save Changes".
View Messages:
Select the "Tags" icon located in the SMS Message. (See Below)
Select from your list of Tags or Add New.
Note: Customers can have more than one tag.
Once the tag is saved, the tag will display on the customers profile as well as the customers open conversation in View Messaging. See below.
You can also filter by tags. Select the Filter option shown below.
Select the Tag and press "Filter".
