What if I don’t want to send a campaign to every person on the list?
To limit the number of contacts that will receive the campaign SMS message fill in the 'Maximum # Of Contacts' box with the number of people you want to send it to.
To preview that number click 'Preview Contacts'. You can access this feature when you add a new campaign or when you edit a saved campaign.
Select "Expiration Date".
Expiration dates limit contacts to be eligible to receive a campaign until after the selected date. When launching a campaign out to a certain number of contacts to your list at a time, make sure you select the same expiration date prior to each launch.
The campaign will launch to the remaining number of contacts in your list.
