Where do I find Depostings, Funding. What does the withdrawal Report show?

Deposits for captured charges will appear in the Payment Reports > Withdrawals table, depending on your sales site's configuration. You can see all of your Withdrawal batches and some high level information for each batch at first, then click on the Batch Id number in the table to view a Withdrawals Detailed report for more information. 

 

How to View Funding | Withdrawals 

1) Go to Payments > Payments Reporting > Withdrawals Tab

2) Click on the batch number to see a Withdrawals Detail Report of every payment in the batch.

Step by Step : Withdrawals Reports 

1) Go to Payments > Payments Reporting > Withdrawals Tab

The data columns available in the Withdrawals table include: 

  • Batch: ID number for the batch, when clicked opens detailed report. 
  • Batch Type:
    • Deposit (Default): when the payout amount is negative but has a refund count of 1
    • Monthly Fee: when the payout amount is negative with 0 sales / 0 refunds
  • Sales: Number of transactions included in the batch. 
  • Sales Total: Sum of the amounts charged across transactions included in the batch. 
  • Refunds: Number of refunds issued in the batch. 
  • Refunds Total: Sum of the amount refunded across transactions included in the batch. 
  • Gross: Sales Total, adjusted for Refunds Total
  • Chargeback Fee: Fees for Hard Chargebacks or Chargebacks Caught (and refunded), if applicable. 
  • Transaction Fees: Total amount of fees levied for processed transactions. 
  • Total Fees: Sum of Chargeback Fees, Transaction Fees and any other fees as applicable. 
  • Payout Amount: Total amount to be deposited to your bank account. 
  • Payout Date: Date the funds are deposited to your bank account. 

2) Click on the hyperlinked number in the Batch column to see a Withdrawals Details table

In the Withdrawals Details table view you will find information for each of the payments included in the selected batch.

The data columns available in the Withdrawal Details batch view include: 

  • Batch ID: ID number of the batch in which transactions on the table were included. The hyperlinked number you clicked on from the main Withdrawals table to reach the detailed table 
  • PaymentID: The unique Everyware system identifier for the payment
  • Validated: Yes or No 
  • Type: Charge, Refund, or Chargeback
  • Company: The (Legal) Business Name as entered in the Business Profile for the site
  • Account Number: Last four digits of the account with which the payment was made
  • Order Number: Invoice # or Order Number for the transaction either generated by Everyware or provided in the invoice/order details when created.
  • Name: Customer's First and Last name
  • Email: Customer's Email address
  • Product/Service: Line-item description/name for purchased item(s)
  • Tip Amount: Amount paid toward Tip for service, if applicable
  • Gross: Total Sale Amount, adjusted for Refund if applicable
  • Reserve: Amount held or released for the transaction, if applicable
  • Fee:  % fee amount for the transaction, if applicable 
  • Transaction Fee: Flat fee amount for the transaction, if applicable 
  • Total Fees: Percent and flat fees combined for the transaction
